Group Classes & Private Training:

  • We have various options ranging from 1x a week, 2x a week, 3x a week and Unlimited membership. 
  • With our reservations app, members can book any classes, days and times that work best with their schedule. Members can also make up any missed classes.  
  • We don’t require participants to sign any long term contracts, we simply ask for two calendar months notice upon cancellation.

If you’re looking to get in shape while learning a variety of striking based combat arts (i.e. Muay Thai/Kickboxing/Boxing), then our Padwork Classes are the way to go. These are partner based workouts that are a ton of fun and always challenging. Start with our Padwork Basics Class and we’ll show you everything you need to know.

If your primary goal is fitness/getting into shape, or you’re looking to condition yourself for your sport (i.e Hockey, Soccer, etc), or you simply prefer working out on your own (without a partner), then we strongly recommend doing our Boot Camp/HIIT classes. This is not your average “Boot Camp” workout. This is one of the most complete total body workouts you’ll ever take part in. There’s nothing quite like it! 

And of course, we have members who regularly enjoy the benefits of doing both our Padwork and Boot Camp classes!

We take participants as young as 14 years old into our adults classes so long as they can keep up and behave amongst the adults. We do not have a kids program, but offer specialized private one-on-one and small group training for children of any age. This includes shared “Mommy/Daddy & Me” privates where the parent can train alongside their child. 

Yes! We specialize in 30 minute intensified and concentrated private sessions. The feedback from our participants is that we get more done in our 30 minute sessions than most trainers do in a full hour. This is what we recommend for most participants looking to get the best results and an awesome workout. 

For those who may require a longer session or slower pace, we also have a 45 minute option available. In these sessions, we can focus on added technique, best ways to come back from or work around an injury, as well as dive into optimal nutrition and what weekly training schedule is best suited for the individual. 

 Private training is sold in packages of 5 sessions. 

We pride ourselves in being a private members facility. We value the team environment and would like our members to be as consistent as possible. While there are some scenarios in which a punch card or drop in would be warranted, this is usually for an advanced/current member with schedule conflicts. We recommend the majority of newcomers start with our Basic (2x a week) membership.

 Anyone interested in potentially becoming a member is welcome to a FREE group class. If you’re brand new to training, we can even schedule you in for a FREE private one-on-one session (done outside of regular class times) to help introduce you to Advantage Fitness.
