- 7:30 pm Mix Levels Padwork & Drills

Friday
- Reserved for private training by appt
Saturday
- AM/PM Private Training by appt
- 10:30 am Boot Camp: Cardio Core Conditioning
- 11:15 am All Levels Padwork Plus (extra rounds)
- Open Gym after last class until closing
