Our signature blend of Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Boxing.

Learn the basics on the pads first to ensure safe training and a great workout.

Then, once members have displayed a solid understanding of the fundamentals, we incorporate additional application drills and optional sparring for those who wish to sharpen their skill-set and deepen their understanding of these combative arts. 

With the emphasis we place on improving technique and getting the most out of each training session, we often see our members excel in a remarkably short period of time.

In addition to our Boot Camp (Fitness) and Padwork program (Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Boxing), we proudly offer additional services and classes to enhance your Advantage experience!  

Private one-on-one and small group training: From private pad holding sessions to sports performance training as well as diet and nutrition coaching, our certified-expert trainers will help give you the added push, with extra focus on your specific goals, so you can see amazing results!

Sparring Practice/Open Gym – Members can enjoy additional complimentary facility access to workout in the open mat space, or hit the heavy bags while our Advanced members have access to a FREE weekly sparring practice every Saturday!
