- 5:30 pm Kids, Teens, Parents Padwork Basics (Summer)
- 5:45 pm Boot Camp
- 6:30 pm All Levels Padwork (Basics)
- 7:30 pm Mix Levels Padwork & Drills
- 8:30 pm Submission Grappling (No Gi BJJ)
Friday
- 5:45 pm - Bonus Boot Camp
- 6:30 pm - Bonus All Levels Padwork (Boxing)
- Open Sparring after last class until closing
Saturday
- AM/PM Private Training by appt
- 10:30 am Boot Camp
- 11:15 am All Levels Padwork
- Open Gym after last class until closing
