MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
We have different options ranging from 2x a week, 3x a week, 4x a week, 5x a week and more (with no long term contracts).

Which class should I start with?
If you’re looking to get in shape while learning a variety of striking based combat arts (i.e. Muay Thai Kickboxing/Boxing), then our Padwork Classes are the way to go. You can chose between Muay Thai-Kickboxing, Boxing or both!
If your primary goal is fitness/getting into shape, or you’re looking to condition yourself for your sport (i.e MMA, Hockey, Soccer, Football, Marathons etc), then we strongly recommend doing our HIIT classes as well as our Strength & Conditioning Classes. We also offer group and semi private HYROX (World Series of Fitness Racing) classes!
Interested in learning to defend yourself on the ground? We have NEWLY added No-GI Submission Grappling (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) with an expert trainer.
How old do you have to be to become a member?
We take participants as young as 13 years old into our adults classes so long as they can keep up and behave amongst the adults. We have seen our youth participants achieve some amazing results training alongside our adult members.
Do you offer drop ins or punch cards?
YES! We have both 10 Class Punch Cards and Drop Ins available! We recommend that most participants start with a 2x a week membership so you can develop a consistent routine and see great results. But for those with schedule conflicts, Punch Cards or Drop Ins can be a great alternative.
How can I book my first class?
Send us a short email telling us a little bit about yourself, your workout background, and which classes you’d like to try.
From there we will set you up with your first class. If you’re new to Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Boxing, we’ll even set aside an extra trainer to work with you and help you on your first day!
Remember to be nice in your email. Rude emails will not get a response! You’ll be surprised how unpleasant people can be when inquiring. But a little kindness can go a long way. If you want to become part of an amazing workout community, inquire nicely today =)
